Wedding Hog Roast
Saturday April 16th saw us off to South Yorkshire once again to the large Mansion house wedding venue that uses our services for their evening Hog Roasts. Thankfully the journey through North Yorkshire went smoothly and before we knew it we were on the M62 and nearing Goole and the venue.
Gemma and Leighs Wedding had gone seamlessly and as we arrived the guests were enjoying some clay pigeon shooting on the lawn. We had the hog cooked and ready on arrival so we just got on with the Roast Potatoes and Coleslaw that we were serving alongside the Hot Pork Rolls.
As usual our Crackling went down a storm as did the home made Stuffing, we use meat juices from the pork to give it some “kick” and it is always well received.
The reception we get is always positive, this event resulted in a guest booking us for a garden party later in the summer.
